<li>Milch, Zucker, Hefe handwarm mischen</li>

|
<li>Eier dazu und in der Knetmaschine 5 Minuten lang das Mehl unterkneten</li>
|
|
<li>Salz dazu und die in Streifen geschnittene Butter weitere 10 Minuten verkneten</li>
|
|
<li>Mindestens 30 Minuten gehen lassen
|
